Hogwarts is the school attended by Harry Potter. The flag seems to be a
LOB, but I've seen it illustrated with more than one background color. The
quarters of the COA represent the four houses of Hogwarts: Gryffindor,
Slytherin, Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw. However, the quarters seem not to be
identical to the COAs of the individual houses. An image can be seen here.
