Scouts de France

Scouts de France use three different flags (all similar, different shapes), but I do not know when they use each one. The variants are square (1:1), rectangular (2:3) and triangular. I am almost sure it is a variation of the Saint George's Cross (in green and white) because St. George is the patron of scouting.
The red Jerusalem Cross with the fleur-de-lis is the symbol of Scouts de France designed by Father Jacques Sevin, co-founder of scouting in France.
