Flag of the General Council

The General Council of the department uses a flag made of the logo of the General Council placed on a white field and the writing "conseil général / HAUTE-MARNE" below the logo.

The logo shows a blue V, probably symbolizing the valley of the river Marne; a green arabesque, probably symbolizing the forests; and a yellow disc.

The flag is in real use, as reported by Pascal Vagnat.
