Presentation of the city

Sartrouville is the second most important city in the department of Yvelines (c. 50,000 inhabitants),

Description of the flag

The flag is white with a stylized municipal coat of arms in lower fly and the name of the city placed in the middle of the flag. The pattern of the S letterprobably refers to the location of the city, mostly established on the left bank of the river Seine.
