Limoges is the capital city of the traditional province of Limousin.
Club Nautique de Limoges is a rowing club; its burgee is white with two thin red stripes fimbriated black, a red star fimbriated black and the black letters C.N.L (apparently no dot after the L) in the central white stripe.
