Flag of the Regional Council

[Reg. Council Bretagne]by Pascal Gross

The flag was created by the agency Energie and officially adopted in 1988. It roughly represents a map of Brittany, with the two blue stripes symbolizing the Channel and the Atlantic Ocean.
