White flag with a rectangular French tricolour in canton and a blue emblem in lower fly. The emblem consists of an anchor and two devices in slatire.
This flag was shown in the 1995 recapitulative edition of Album des Pavillons [pie90]. The ensign was discarded from the next release of Album [pay00], since the French fishery inspection vessels now use the European Union fishery inspection flag.
