I also think the county of West Lothian has a local flag. The old one was a rampant Lothiana (griffin type beast) on a white fly. The new one depicts the Eastern Arches (a huge railway viaduct), with the River Almond (which dissects the county) and the Five Sisters Shiel Hills. It is green and pink on a dark green fly, and is supposed to represent the harmony on people, nature and industry.
