Looking at the official gazettes of the Bjelovar and Bilogora County (at <www.bbz.hr> ), I found out about Sirac that there is a decision requiering the artist whose design won the contents to prepare the materials for the design to be submited to the approval from the state authorities (ŽGBBŽ, nr.13/2005, p. 19).

Now at community web site there are images (presumably of the same Coat of Arms and flag) at <www.sirac.hr>.
The coat of arms of Sirac is: azure on a massoned wall argent issuant a cannon on a lafette or and in chief a fleur-de-lis of the second. The flag is light blue with the yellow bordered coat of arms in the middle.
Sirac is a community in the Bjelovar-Bilogora County, 60 km sozuth- east of Bjelovar. 2,500 inhabitants, 1,600 in the place of the same name. Beside the Croat majority (71%), in Sirac live also almost 15% of Serbs and 10% Czech population.
