Overview

Vratišinec is a community in the Medimurje County, some 10 km north of Cakovec. 2,200 inhabitants, some 1,500 in the place of the same name.
For the time being no info on symbols in use. The web site of the community uses blue and red with a white flower emblem (daisy?), but this does not indicate anything yet. However, we have an official document revealing a bit more: Odluka o razrješenju i imenovanju clanova Komisije za idejno rješenje grba i zastave Opcine Vratišinec, 19.04.2004, Službeni glasnik Medimurske županije, br. 2/06, 20.03.2006. The decision appoints the members of a commission to adopt a coat of arms and flag design - meaning that the adoption of the new symbols is, hopefully, under way.
