The coat of arms of Bedekovčina pictures the Court Mansion of Bedekovčina and a mug, symbol of the long tradition of pottery in the area, which before over a hundred years transformed into brick and roof-tile industry.

This proposal, in several variants based on the same idea, was adopted by the Municipality Council of Bedekovčina on 24 November 1995, as the second awarded on the competition held for the coat of arms and the flag.
Designed by Edita and Tomislav Goluban, the flag is golden, representing the richness of the area, bordered with Croatian tricolour, a traditional ornament in the region. The white shield has four wavy bars, the two upper red and the two lower blue. The red bars represent roof tiles, that is pottery industry, while the two lower bars and number of waves represent the seven Bedekovčina lakes, artificially made by digging the earth for the tiles. The shield shape is the same as the shield used on the coat of arms of Zabok.
