emblem in the midle consisting of a red rectangle with two
adorsed letters P topped with yellow semicircle with 12 blue
stars in circle in the name of the party below them. Image is
based on the description in the Statute.

The flag as described in the Statutes is as I have drawn it
previously as Flag According to Statute, at
least that is the literal interpretation. However, the actual
design of the symbol seems to be somewhat different, cf. <www.hidra.hr>.
