Nova Bukovica is a community in the Virovitica-Podravina
County, some 35 km southeast of Virovitica,
just southeast of Slatina. Population
2,500, some 1,000 in the town of the same name.
Unfortunately, I don't have any background info to why the
symbols were adopted in this form.
The coat of arms is: gules an unicorn rampant argent.
The flag is dark blue with the coat of arms in the middle
bordered yellow.
