At http://www.nagykanizsa.hu/onkorm/rendeletek/rendelet_a_jelkepekrol.html, there is Res. No. /1999. (I.26.) of the Council of the City about its flag and CoA which changed the original Res. No. 2/1990. (VI.14.) of the Soviet of the town. The flag is rvertically divided red-silver with the Coat of Arms.
