Baqa-Jatt is a new municipality established in 2003 by
unification of the Municipality of Baqa
Al-Gharbiyye and local council of Jatt.
Baqa Al-Gharbiyye became municipality in 1996. Jatt became local
council in 1959. Together they got 29,000 inh. , most of them
Moslems.
There is no information about the new symbols yet.
