Description

Local Council Sha'ab is situated 17 km SE to Acre. Est. 1948, a Local Council from 1974, 4,000 inh. all Muslims. In my visit I saw no flags. Everyone remembered a white flag with emblem, but not its colour. The municipal emblem was published in the official gazette (Rashumot), 'Publications Gazette' section (Yalkut HaPirsumim), YP 2478, 12 November 1978.
