233) the flag of Bari without specifying its status. Bari flag is
a vertical white-red bicolor.
Bari is the capital of the region Puglia and province of Bari.
The city has ca. 400,000 inhabitants. In the Middle-Ages, it was
one of the main ports from which pilgrims sailed to the Holy
Land. The city is also famous for its Romanesque basilica San
Nicola (XI-XIIth century).
