Overview

The red and blue flag without any coat is the flag of the municipality of Cagliari (official name: Comune di Cagliari). The last coat of arms is the emblem of the municipality. This emblem was bestowed by Carlo Emanuele III (King of Sardinia) on 17 May 1776.
