"ART. 4
STEMMA E GONFALONE
1. Lo stemma del Comune presenta le seguenti caratteristiche: croce rossa in campo azzurro; 4 gigli dorati ai lati della croce; sopra una corona reale e, sotto di essa, il motto "TA-PRO" e due mani congiunte; il motto TA PRO sta per CORONATA PRO FIDE.
2. Il gonfalone é composto dai seguenti elementi: due bande verticali una rossa e l’altra azzurra con al centro lo stemma del Comune.
3. Modifiche alle caratteristiche dello stemma e del gonfalone del Comune sono stabilite con deliberazione del Consiglio comunale. Allo stesso modo si adottano gli altri simboli comunali.
4. L’uso e la riproduzione, da parte di soggetti non autorizzati, dello stemma, del gonfalone, nonché del nome del Comune di Caiazzo, é vietato e difeso con tutti i mezzi messi a disposizione dalla legge."

The municipal website at <www.comune.caiazzo.ce.it> suggest they also have a civic flag of vertically divided blue-red. However, photo at <www.vivitelese.it> show the civic flag with reversed colors and charged with the coat of arms. Since the civic flags usually follows the gonfalones, the correct order seems to be red-blue.
