According to [pay00] -
Governor General (1:2) - An other flag following strictly the
British system, blue flag with royal crest above a golden ribbon
inscribed JAMAICA. For the image, I used Graham's drawing of the
crown and lion. [smi82] gives the
flag aretio 1:2~, and marks it as reconstruction - probably at
the time it was not yet well confirmed (but now is?).
