The kanji ichi 一 (one) on Ichinomiya forms a circle (wheel rim)
enclosing a rounded symmetriccal stylised hiragana mi み. This
symbolises the sunny town of Ichnomiya with abundant greenery
brightly developing in peace and harmony.
