No flag legislation but they use the following flag as practice: flag proportion: 2:3; colour of field: green; colour of emblem: white diameter of emblem: 3/5 flag height

The kanji ichi (one) on Ichinomiya forms a circle (wheel rim) enclosing a rounded symmetriccal stylised hiragana mi み. This symbolises the sunny town of Ichnomiya with abundant greenery brightly developing in peace and harmony.
