Symbolism of the flag

From the Yangju website:

The green circle symbolizes clean Yangju while the white background implies its unlimited potential, a land of hope.

The gray English mark represents the underlying strength and solidity of its residents.

The letter, J is a shape of a man with open arms. He unites with the sky, a symbol of a progressive spirit of a people who are moving towards the future.
