Minister of National Defense

The flag of the Minister of Defense has proportions of 1:2. The flag itself is vertically divided light blue and white. The golden yellow Sun and Steppe Eagle emblem of the national flag is placed in the light blue panel while a red star is centered upon the white area in the flag.

The image of the flag in Album 2000 differs from the image above in that the sun&eagle emblem is somewhat smaller, and the star is bigger.
