Overview

Two days ago (July 21) flag of Cesis was introduced. Cesis (Wenden) is second oldest city in Latvia and this weekend 795 year aniversary was celebrated. Cesis surroundings is place where Latvian flag is born and strog motif of national flag is used in city flag design.
