Ropaži appanage (free translation for term
"novads"; official translation at <www.raplm.gov.lv>
is "amalgamated local municipality".

September 2005. Flag of Ropaži appanage is rectangular cloth
with two equal bands - upper band light green, lower- violet.
Proportions of flag 1:2. On both sides in center of flag is
placed colored coat-of-arms. Height of coat-of-arms is 2/5 of
flag width. In coat-of-arms of Ropaži appanage are depicted
three golden skylarks on green field flying to pile (?).
