The municipal flag of Čair, as shown on the Macedonian Ministry of Local Self-Government website (page no longer online),is vertical, in ratio 1:2, red with the municipal shield in upper hoist. The municipal shield is red with a yellow border and a landscape outlined in yellow.

The municipal administration of Čair recently informed me that they are in process to adopt new symbols for the municipality. The symbols adopted by the former Mmunicipal administration are no longer in use. Some months ago, Čair adopted new coat of arms and flag, but the Decision was abolished by the Constitutional Court because it was brought without Badinter majority as required by law. Now, Čair is preparing to start from sratch the process for adopting new symbols.
