Description

Horizontally divided flag, the top stripe about half as wide as the bottom one. The top stripe is blue with a yellow six-pointed star, the bottom stripe is made of six horizontal white and blue wavy stripes. Blazon: Barry wavy Argent and Azure on a chief of the second a mullet of six points Or.
