Description

Dolphin Queen, river cruise boat registered in Valetta (Malta). The flag has five horizontal stripes,dark blue, light blue, dark blue, white, and dark blue. A white stylized dolphin nearly touches the upper and lower edges of the ensign. Source: Personal observation in the international Danube harbour in Budapest, August 2000.
