Coat of arms

Per pale and point per per fess; I is light blue with three silver (?) charges I cannot tell apart; II is grey (silver) with grapes (?) above something, both silver (?); III is yellow with a bee (?) inside a cogwheel (?). Bordure brown with upper case serif bold inscription in yellow; saying, from 9 o'clock from 3 o'clock (arched inwards) "bona terra, bona gens" and from 3 o'clock from 9 o'clock (arched ourwards) "aqua clara, clarum coelum" -- latin for "Good land (=earth, soil, country), good people; clear (=pure) water, clear (=light, fair) sky". The "U"s are not "V"s and the "OE" is geminated, supposing a 19th cent. CoA. I'd expect "aquae calidae", to make it canting... ;-) Helmet and mantle, the later unusually tricolored of red, grey (silvery) and yellow (golden).
