Last saturday in Brest, Dutch yacht "Urania" was moored under full dress in the military harbour near the castle ; she showed normal Dutch national flag at the stern, Naval Jack at the bow; at a halyard between the masts, she showed a flag I do not know: rectangular, 2:3, orange field, a small bent blue anchor at each corner, and in the center a large vertical blue anchor with letter "W", under a blue crown.
