Here is a PDF Document, containing the flag of Amsterdam-Noord, the promotive flag and the banner. It is interesting that flag reverse is different - if I understand correctly.

Stadsdeel Amsterdam-Noord is the part of Amsterdam north of the river Y.
The flag is red, with the logo (three white saltires placed vertically, representing Amsterdam, under a slightly elongated black triangle, under a black "N") at the hoist; in top center "Gemeente Amsterdam" above slightly larger letters "Stadsdeel Amsterdam-Noord", all white.
The reverse is red with the logo at the fly.
