In the Spanish Wikipedia,
the flag of Huancayo city is shown as a 2:3 vertical bicolor of dark blue-green
and white. The coat of arms is quartered of green, red, yellow and blue; maybe
there’s a flag variant with it. Huancayo is located in homonymous district and
province, and in Junín region (a.k.a. department).
