A blue flag with a golden sun and three five-pointed stars, two in the hoist
corners and one in the middle of the fly. Znamierowski
(1999), p. 95, says that this is in use since 1955 (although there the image
is shorter than 2:3, maybe equal to the presidential flag, 26:33?)
