Jelenia Góra: horizontal white-yellow-red with the coat of arms
on the two upper stripes in the canton.
Pascal Vagnat, 19 May 1999
Jelenia Góra is a city in Dolnoslaskie vojvodship with 93.900 inhabitants.
On this website are its flag and
coat of arms. In German times the name was Hirschberg; jelen in Polish = deer, so
the coat of arms and flag are canting.
