Wroc豉w, Dolnoslaskie wojwodship, as presented here.
Flags: four vertical stripes white - black - red - yellow, proportioned

Ceremonial flag: idem, with the CoA on the black stripe CoA: per pale
or a demi-eagle noir with a demi kleestengel argent on its breast; gules
a broken St. Catharine's wheel and a sword, all argent.
Old German name: Kattern.
