Hel city
At the end of a very long pier in the Baltic Sea lies the city of Hel,
a bathing resort and navy base with 4600 inhabitants. Pomorskie wojwodship,
powiat Puck.
Its flag is depicted in Alfred Znamierowski's "Insygnia, Symbole
i Herby Polskie", 2003.
Description: (dark) blue; in tophoist a key between two 6-pointed stars,
all yellow; at the hoist a vertical yellow stripe, interrupted by 3 narrow
blue stripes.

(all sources give a rather bright blue color for the arms).
