Here is the flag of the city of Rumia, Wejherowo county in Pomorskie wojwodship.
It is a few miles NW of Gdańsk and has flag and CoA presented at the city
website.
Flagdescription: blue with the city arms in top hoist and a horizontal
white line overall passing through the arms.
Arms: gules a wavy diagonal bend argent, in chief a turned cross or
