OSTROROG Town and Commune - SZAMOTULY County - WIELKOPOLSKIE Voivodship
This site:shows the Arms and gives a vague description of the flag:
"Flag of the Town and Commune is made up of three vertical bands, equal in width, of which the outer two bands are white and red checkerboards and the middle one contains the Arms on the green background."
The arms I am sending are authentic, but the flag is just my own attempt to interpret the description of "checkerboards".
