of the communes (gminy) Dobra, Łobez,
Radowo Małe, Resko, Węgorzyno.
This county is in Northwest Poland. German name: Labes. The
flag was at <http://www.lobez.pl/statut.html>, but the link doesn't
work any more. It was part of Stargard Szczeciński county, but became a
separate county (powiat) in Autumn 2001.
