Overview

The image at pueblos-de-puertorico.com (Not available anymore) is highly erroneous: it's the flag of Villalba . Other images that I found are a simple horizontal triband Blue-yellow-green with the Coat of Arms in the center. The images at lexjuris site are quite dim. Info from that site: Luquillo is in northeast Puerto Rico, named after a famous Indio, Loquillo. It was founded in 1797. There are 18,100 Luquillenses.
