Municipality of Pedro Juan Caballero in the Department of Amambay,
Paraguay.

Divided diagonally in four triangular areas, orange (hoist), red (top),
green (fly) and blue (bottom); overall the municipal logo on a white vertical
rectangle with rounded corners (about half the flag’s height high)
surrounded by 14 white five-pointed stars.
