A white flag with a blue bar on the fly, and three flames, blue, orange, yellow, overlain by a black cross. The denomination name is written in the upper hoist, and the slogan SALVATION - UNITY - HOLINESS at the bottom.

The name of the city and state are an integral part of the name of this denomination in order to distinguish it from other churches called the Church of God, with which it differs theologically.
