of the Soviet Union flag,
russian naval ensign
(cross of st. Andrew)
and black-yellow-white flag.

There was a report today on TV on the electional
campaign in Russia. One party flag was red with a
saltire.
I am quite sure that what I saw was not the
Russian Naval Ensign,
though this flag is surely related to it.
There were also several "Imperial"
flags.
