The Council of municipality of Rtischevo district (Region of Saratov) on
May, 31, 2004 the decision number 7-41 has adopted a flag of this municipality
from three equal horizontal strips: white, green and blue. In the centre of a
green strip are represented elements of the coat of arms of this municipality,
adopted on August, 1, 2001. Horseshoe, sabres and arrow — from the
patrimonial coat of arms of noblemen (boyars) of Rtischevs (see on
web
site Heraldicum). Black-and-white cyclamore is a symbol of the railway.
