Provisional flag

On 1 may 1917, Centrobalt (Central Commettee of Baltic Fleet) ordered to all warships to hoist Andrew’s flag. It was named “provisional flag”. Several ships added to Andrew’s flag a red stripe (battleship Petropavlovsk — Andrew’s flag with red vertical stripe on fly selvage etc.).
