Brezno ceremonial flag

[Brezno ceremonial flag] by Jarig Bakker, 11 Apr 2001

At the history page of the Brezno site is a thumbnail image, which leads to this page, with several heralds clad in a coat with the city-CoA, carrying a ceremonial flag, vertical BWR with in the center an ellips with in lilac the greater CoA of the city. Using the image on top of the history page I've fiddled a bit to get this image.
