Images based on the Heraldický Register Slovenskej Republiky I, 2000 - adopted 28 Sep 1996, after a seal from the 18th century.
Liptovský Michal is not to be confused with Liptovský Mikulaš; it is named after St. Michael, while Liptovský Mikulas is named after St. Nicholas. The flag and CoA of Liptovský Michal are on a long history page. It is a holiday resort on the Liptovská Mara (lake), a few kilometers east of Ružomberok.

Liptovský Michal Coat of Arms

[Liptovský Michal Coat of Arms] The CoA of Liptovský Michal is at the town's homepage. This is St. Michael, of course.
