on an 14th century seal.
Sereď (Hungarian: Szered) has got 16.612 inhabitants. It was in Nyitra
(Slovakian: Nitra) County of the Kingdom of Hungary till 1919/1920; Czechoslovakian
occupation / Treaty of Trianon). Here is the Esterházy manor-house.
