This is one of the older Slovakian municipal flags, hence the simple design
(I think) - from description at this
webpage:
"Vlajku tvoria tri pozdlžne pruhy vo farbách: žltej, bielej, a cervenej
ukoncenej tromi cípmi."
Three colors: yellow, white and red. Approved in 1993.
Prasice is in Topolcany district, Nitra region in Slovakia.
