The flag shows a large light blue triangle on a white background (actually
it seems like an uncropped pennant), charged with a white dove, lined black
holding a scroll that reads "LIBERAL", flying towards a white five pointed
star. On the white areas, black uppercase serif Tetum lettering was added,
reading "RELIJIAUN" (religion) in the upper fly, "KULTURA" (culture) in the
bottom fly, and "LIBERDADE" (freedom) at the hoist.

P.L. got 4013 votes in the 2001.08.30 elections
(1,10%), recieving 1 of 88 seats in the parlament, where it is one of the very
small parties. This is one of the few parties with its name officially in Tetum,
not in Portuguese.
